Spring textbooks will be available for purchase on or about February 1. The Bookstore will start selling textbooks instore on February 6.

Order turn around time is at least 24-72 Business hours during Rush (the first two weeks of school). The order turn around time is an estimate, NOT A GUARANTEE.
Your order may be processed before, within, or after the estimated time. It all depends on the volume of orders received.
Note: For orders being shipped, the estimated shipment time starts after the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier from our warehouse, not when the order is placed or processed.

***We do not ship out of the country and WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. Please provide a physical address or your order will be shipped to the billing address.***

Shipping Promo will apply to all SPRING 2012 orders placed from 2/2/12 - 2/15/12 and shipped in California only. Select Ground shipping during the checkout process,
we will adjust shipping charges after we receive AND process your order.
If you select 2nd Day Shipping, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
All orders will be processed as specified except in the instance USED books are not available. In such cases NEW textbooks WILL be processed unless you
choose NO SUBSTITUTIONS on your order. If you order used books and choose no substitutions, but no used are available, your order will be cancelled. By selecting "OK" to sub,
you authorize the Owl Bookshop to change the books on your order from used to new and to adjust payment as necessary. In addition, if your payment is declined,
your order will be cancelled with no charges to you. If you have any questions please contact the Bookstore.

There is no guarantee that used books will be available and just because you were able to order a used book does not mean you will get one, (Inventory is not reflected during
the ordering process) you only have the option of ordering used books.
When buying used textbooks there is no guarantee that all materials that would normally be wrapped with a new textbook will come with the used textbooks you are
purchasing...as Buyback may or may not require students to have all materials when selling their books back.
